You’re building it.We stay beside you.

Eight weeks of done with you guidance. You execute the launch, and experienced clinic owners stay involved while you do it, reviewing the decisions as you make them.

Eight weeks, six scheduled meetings

The plan, and then the weeks that follow it.

The Accelerator starts with the whole Blueprint, then keeps experienced clinic owners in the room while you act on it. The value is in the second part.

Onboarding

A detailed questionnaire and a review of everything you have already put together.

Strategy meeting

A 90 minute strategy meeting to set the direction before any money is committed.

Blueprint, roadmap and review

Your personalised Blueprint, roadmap and prioritised action plan, then the Blueprint review meeting.

Meeting one

The first of four Accelerator strategy meetings, working through the decisions in front of you.

Meeting two

The second Accelerator strategy meeting, as the next round of decisions comes into view.

Meeting three

The third Accelerator strategy meeting, reviewing whatever needs a second opinion that week.

Meeting four

The fourth Accelerator strategy meeting, heading into the final stretch before opening.

Pre opening review

Launch planning and a pre opening review before you open the doors.

Enquire about the Accelerator

Between sessions

The work does notstop between meetings.

Launch decisions do not arrive neatly on meeting days. A lease arrives on a Tuesday, a quotation lands on a Friday, and both need an answer before the next session.

Agreed key documents, read properly

Send the documents that matter and we read them before you commit to them. You get the questions worth asking, and the parts worth pushing back on.

Feedback on agreed quotations

Quotations and proposals for equipment, fit out and suppliers, reviewed against what your model actually needs rather than against what is being sold.

Reasonable email support

Questions between sessions do not have to wait for the next meeting. The support is bounded and it is genuine: it exists so momentum is not lost.

Inside the sessions

What the four meetings are actually spent on.

Working sessions, not progress updates. You bring the decisions in front of you and we work them through while they can still be changed.

Treatment menu

Developing and reviewing the menu, so the treatments you offer match your equipment, your practitioners and your market.

Pricing and costing

Pricing support and treatment costing discussions, so each treatment holds its margin at realistic capacity.

Packages and memberships

Guidance on packages, courses and memberships, and where they help retention rather than discount the core menu.

Suppliers

Supplier recommendations and introductions where appropriate, so you are not starting every relationship cold.

Equipment comparison

Comparison guidance across devices and manufacturers, including what to ask before signing anything.

Opening stock

Guidance on what to hold at opening, and what can safely wait until the diary tells you more.

Business setup and insurance

Business setup awareness and insurance guidance, so the right questions reach the right professionals in time.

Brand and trademark

Brand and trademark guidance while the name, the positioning and the look are still easy to change.

Recruitment and marketing

Recruitment and marketing guidance, through to launch planning and the pre opening review.

Where the line sits

Done with you.Not done for you.

You remain responsible for execution. We advise, guide, review, prepare and support. That boundary is deliberate, and we would rather you read it now than discover it in week three.

If you want us carrying out agreed parts of the work with you, that is the Complete Clinic Launch.
