Who this levelis built for.

Investors and owners who want experienced clinic operators working in the project with them, rather than sending advice into it from outside.

It suits a launch where the money at stake is significant, the timescale is real, and the person leading it has a business, a clinical diary or a job already taking most of the week.

We are actively involved in agreed areas of the work, not only in the advice. Every contract, commitment and signature still belongs to you.

The reason this level exists

Why clinic launchesbecome complex.

Not because any single decision is difficult, but because they arrive together, in the wrong order, from people who each see only their part of it.

01

Everything depends on something else

Your treatment menu sets your equipment. Your equipment sets the space, the power and the room layout. The space sets the rent, the fit out and the opening date.

02

Order matters more than effort

Work done in the wrong sequence gets done twice. Deposits get paid before the model is settled, and the model then has to bend around the deposit.

03

You are buying in unfamiliar markets

Commercial property, capital equipment, consumables and recruitment are all sold to first time buyers on terms written by the seller.

04

Specialist advice arrives in fragments

A solicitor answers the lease. An accountant answers the structure. A supplier answers the machine. Nobody is holding the whole project together.

05

Time is the scarcest input

Most people opening a clinic are still treating clients, still employed, or already running something else while they do it.

06

Mistakes are paid for slowly

A device that does not fit the menu, a price list that does not hold margin or a lease with the wrong terms keeps costing long after opening day.

The difference you are paying for

What hands on actually means.

At the levels below, we tell you what to do and you carry it out. Here, in agreed areas, we are in the work with you, not only advising it from outside.

Nine areas, held together by one team, with the in person time spent where being there changes the outcome, rather than used up early on things a call would have settled.

Sourcing, comparisons, supplier introductions, quotation review and support negotiating agreed equipment packages.

Suppliers and stock

  • Contractors and architects
  • Legal and accountancy fees

Working with your advisers

Where specialist professionals fit in.

We are clinic operators and consultants. Some parts of a launch belong to regulated specialists, and they stay with them. What we do is make sure the right questions reach them early enough to matter, and that what comes back is understood in the context of your business.

Appointed by you, alongside us

  • Solicitors and commercial property specialists
  • Accountants and tax professionals
  • Insurance professionals
  • Trademark professionals
  • Regulated financial professionals

Common questions

Before you commit to this level.

If your question is not here, ask it directly. We would rather answer it before a proposal than after one.

It covers our consultancy across the launch: one clinic or site, up to six months, and up to five agreed in person consultancy days. It does not cover third party costs such as equipment, premises, stock, contractors, legal and accountancy fees, trademark registration, insurance or marketing spend, which are paid by you direct to the supplier.

Next step

One clinic. Six months.Built alongside you.

Tell us about the clinic you are opening. We will talk through the scope, what the six months would cover, and put a proposal in front of you with a payment structure agreed between us.
