Three real launches,documented infull.

We would rather publish a handful of real launches in full than a wall of quotes. The first stories are being written now, and each one will go live only when the owner has signed it off.

The format

What every story will cover.

Nine sections, in the same order every time. It means you can read one clinic against another, see where each owner started and judge for yourself whether their situation looks like yours.

The challenge

The commercial problem in front of the owner when they came to us, in their words rather than ours.

The starting point

What already existed on day one: the budget, the site, the qualifications, the trading history if there was one.

What they needed

The decisions that had to be made, and the ones that were holding everything else up.

What we supported

The package they engaged, and the specific areas we were actually involved in. Scope stated plainly.

Key decisions

The handful of calls that shaped the clinic: premises, equipment, menu, pricing, team.

The launch journey

The route from first meeting to opening day, in the order it happened, including what moved.

The outcome

Where the clinic landed, described only with figures the client has confirmed and approved for publication.

Images

Photography of the clinic itself, supplied or approved by the owner, never stock imagery dressed up as theirs.

Client quote

A comment from the owner, written by them and signed off in writing before it appears here.

Why this page is empty

No story goes live without the client.

Clinic owners trust us with their budgets, their sites and their staffing decisions. That is confidential until they tell us otherwise, so this page stays empty until the first owner says yes in writing.

Awaiting client sign-off

01

Written sign off first

Nothing appears on this page until the client has read the full story and approved it in writing, including the photography and the quote.

02

Only figures they confirm

Any number we publish, whether it is a launch date, a fee or a trading figure, comes from the client and is confirmed by them before it goes live.

03

Scope stated plainly

Each story names the package the client bought and the areas we were actually involved in, so nobody reads our work as theirs or theirs as ours.

In preparation

The first three stories, still unpublished.

These are the frames the first stories will fill. Every section below is outstanding, the artwork is placeholder artwork, and none of it describes a real client yet. When a story is approved, it replaces one of these frames in full.
