Nobody startsin the same place. We start where you are.
Some people come to us with funding secured, a business plan written or a site already offered. Others come with one sentence: I want to open a clinic. Both are workable. What changes is where on the roadmap we join you.
Where people are when they call
Six starting points.One roadmap.
These are the positions people are in when they first get in touch. None of them is too early, and none of them is too late. The first job is always the same: work out what you actually have, and what the next right decision is.
Funding is in place
You have the money, or the backing, and the question is where it should go first and what it should not be spent on.
A business plan exists
Something is written down. What it has not had yet is a commercial view from people who have opened clinics.
A site is on the table
You have viewed premises, or an agent has sent terms, and you need to know whether the space and the numbers work.
You are going independent
You can deliver the treatments. The business around the treatments is the part nobody trained you for.
You already run a business
An existing business is adding a clinic, a treatment room or a second site, and it needs to stand up commercially.
You have the idea only
I want to open a clinic. That is the whole of it so far, and it is a perfectly reasonable place to begin.
The journey
Eight steps fromidea to opening.
The sequence does not change. What changes is how much of it you carry yourself, and how far into the work we go with you. Steps can be shortened where you have already done them properly, and they can be revisited where they were done in the wrong order.
Get clarity
One honest conversation about the clinic you want, the budget behind it and where you are starting from. Bring your numbers, even rough ones, and you leave with written recommendations to work from.
Choose the appropriate support level
A plan to execute yourself, guidance while you execute it, or us working in the project with you. The decision stays yours. We set out what each level actually involves so it is an informed one.
Understand the commercial plan
The model, the cost base and the numbers the clinic has to hit, before money is committed. You bring whatever figures or plans already exist, even unfinished ones, and we work from there.
Build the roadmap
Now, next, before opening, launch and the first 90 days, in the order the work has to happen. You review the roadmap and agree the priorities before anything moves forward.
Start implementation
Premises, suppliers, equipment, pricing and systems, worked through against the roadmap. You make the final decisions and sign what needs signing, whatever level of support is doing the legwork alongside you.
Prepare for opening
Team, treatment menu, booking journey, opening stock and the pre launch campaign. Interviews, offers and final orders stay yours to approve, even where we have prepared the ground.
Launch
The doors open with the foundations in place rather than with the photographs in place. Your part is to be ready to trade, and to tell us early if something is not working.
Review the next stage
A performance review after opening, and the priorities that matter for the first 90 days of trading. You share what is actually happening in the clinic, so the priorities are set from real numbers.
Step 01, in practice
The smallest sensiblefirst commitment.
Almost everyone starts with the £195 consultation. It is one session, one fee, and no commitment to anything after it. You can take the written recommendations and run the project yourself.
It is also the honest way to find out whether a bigger engagement is worth your money. If the answer is no, we will say so in the session rather than after it.

Step 02, in practice
Four levels ofinvolvement.
